Our Mission
Our mission at The First Tee of Greenville is to impact the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.
The First Tee of Greenville operates on 17 acres adjacent to the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club. The facility was the dream of Mr. Charlie Bryan, a Greenville businessman. The Boys and Girls Club provided the land and it is maintained by the City of Greenville.
Our objective is to provide affordable and accessible golf facilities, instructional programs and life skills for young people, particularly those who have not yet had access to the game.
The First Tee of Greenville is staffed by certified The Firt Tee Coaches, who are often assisted by committed volunteers.
